I discovered yoga in the late 1990’s and was drawn to the full body strengthening
as well as the peace and relaxation I found in my practice. I discovered
through regular asana practice, breath work, and meditation; a sense of peace,
serenity, and joy that hopefully extends beyond my mat. I find inspiration in
all types of yoga.
I received my certificate in 2007 through North Shore Yoga. I have had the privilege of studying with
many wonderful teachers; David Swenson, Seane Corn, Desiree Rumbaugh, Paul
Dallagan, Tias Little and Ana Forrest to name a few. My teaching style is constantly evolving and growing. I hope
to share the wonder, joy, humor, and adventure, I experience in yoga in each
and every class. I encourage my students to be their own best teacher, tune
into their own inner voice, and find their own precious path. I’m ever so
grateful each and every time I step on my mat, to teach or practice. I am fortunate to be able to share my
passion for art in my clay classes for children in the area. I live locally
with my four free-spirited children, my husband, and a menagerie of animals. |
