I began practicing yoga eight years ago. It was not long after that years of back pain, caused by scoliosis, began to disappear.
By combining the physical benefits of the asana practice with meditation and pranayama, I found an internal conectedness that has inspired me to share the empowering gift of yoga.
I completed the teacher training at Yogaview in Chicago. I teach both Niyama Hot Yoga and vinyasa flow style with an emphasis on alignment and breath
