For me, Yoga nourishes the mind, body and spirit. And through the practice, I bring energy, enthusiasm, and compassion to my students. My goal is to convey the peaceful aspects of yoga and share the joy of moving our bodies and exploring our breath.
I am a Certified Forrest Yoga Teacher having studied under Ana Forrest and completed her comprehensive and intensive program in 2003. I am influenced by several other teachers, particularly Desiree Raumbaugh and the late Roger Eichens. I am most grateful to my students and the people I practice with, for they continually teach me each time we meet on our mats.
