I am a vinyasa yoga teacher who regularly moonlights teaching kundalini & hatha yoga.
I teach energetic and joyful vinyasa classes with an emphasis on alignment and mindful awareness. My vinyasa classes are “serious yoga play” that will inspire you to try new poses and develop a deeper connection to your body. It’s not the final asana that makes you an advanced yogini, it’s just the ability to embrace all your physical & asana challenges with lightheartedness and laughter.
